This is probably the most efficient house that we own as far as living cheaply and comfortably. The exterior of this house is all brick and vinyl and requires no maintenance. Since there is a well and septic, tenants have no water bills. The windows are all brand new replacements for energy efficiency. In addition to the cable TV hook ups there is a tower for economical TV reception. The inside has been totally remodeled and new "quality" carpet has been laid (2000). The faucets have been replaced in the kitchen and bathroom sink, as well as the plumbing in the stool. Included appliances are a refrigerator, gas stove, washer, and electric dryer. For storage there is an outside shed and an attic with "pull down" steps.
